Introducing our self-service platform- Contact Centre Interactive Voice Response (IVR). The IVR is a technological innovation that allows a computer to interact with you through the use of voice tones via a keypad. It also allows you to interact with our host system via a telephone keypad.

With our IVR platform, all you need do is simply dial 07003290000 and easily carry out actions on your account including:

  • Block debit cards (MasterCard and Verve)
  • Reset Internet Banking password
  • Reset FCMB Mobile Plus login password
  • Increase Limit on FCMB Mobile Plus
  • Enable transfer on Internet Banking
  • Adjust limits on our Internet Banking (Personal)
  • Switch easily between own account numbers without having to terminate the call
  • Transfer funds within FCMB
  • Airtime recharge to all major networks for self and 3rd party
  • Account balance enquiry
  • Account history enquiry (last five transactions)
  • Telephone Banking PIN setup and change
