2018 was a great year for the entertainment industry in Nigeria. Nigerian artistes improved their acts and served us some jaw dropping hits. Artistes like Davido, Wizkid, Burna Boy, Olamide, Tiwa Savage, Mr Eazi etc put in solid efforts to ensure their fans were not disappointed whenever they dropped a new single or album.

- Surrender by Mr Eazi feat Simi – This love song from Mr Eazi has an element of comedy to it. The song also has a unique melody that you wouldn’t forget in a hurry.
- On the Low by Burna Boy – Another song by Burna Boy in 2018 that fans love. The song embodies a rhythm of reggae and afro dance hall making it a jam.<
- One Ticket, Kizz Daniels feat Davido – This jam got a lot of people thinking about their relationship status due to the lyrics contained in the song. As much as this song is a jam, it’s also an eye opener.
5. Poverty die by Olamide – Olamide does a good job keeping his fans entertained and he didn’t disappoint with this jam. This single was apparently his best single for the year.
6. One by Tiwa Savage – If you’re an Afro-soul music lover, this song is for you. The song highlights the celebration of a beautiful 2018 by the kele kele love crooner.<

8. Fever by Wizkid – Wizkid and Tiwa definitely got their fans confused for a minute with some spicy stew that got cooking on the “fever” song. With the slang “everywhere stew” buzz on social media, Nigerians couldn’t get enough.
