FCMB Flexxtern

FCMB Flexxtern is an internship program that gives young Nigerian graduates aged 18-30 years the opportunity to gain work experience in diverse areas of business. The program is in line with FCMB’s drive to improve the lives of our customers and support them in achieving their aspirations.

Launched in 2016, the past 5 editions of the initiative have produced about 100 Flexxterns, who had a 3-month placement either with FCMB or one of our partner organisations at the time. Our goal this year is to have 30 Flexxterns, with at least 15 partnering organisations from various sectors of the economy across the country.
