Seek help. Going to therapy is a good way to unclutter your mind. However, if you can’t afford therapy, there are tons of resources such as self-help books, and videos on YouTube that can give some form of clarity to whatever you’re going through
Learn new skills. Your self-esteem and confidence can experience a boost when you learn new skills and give you a new sense of purpose. At every stage, ensure you’re bringing learning into your life
Live in the moment. Overthinking tends to rob you of the joys of the moment and is dangerous to your mental well-being. The constant worry of what should be and could be will rob you of the beauty of life that is happening in the present
