3. Learn a skill online
There are so many skills that are being required by companies, and many of these skills can be obtained online. Examples are coding, photography, photoshop, graphic designs, social media marketing, SEO, blogging, project management, public speaking, etc.
4. Workout
Use your dumbbells or treadmill, or you can do yoga. Yoga encourages relaxation, reduces perceived stress and anxiety, which in turn reduces the physical effects of stress on the body.

It doesn’t have to be a recipe or a new skill acquisition. Open your imagination to novels, fiction and nonfiction, historical facts and likes. It is also an activity that can reduce stress and blood pressure, heighten brain connectivity, expand your attention span and increase the capacity of your working memory.
6. Build interpersonal skills
What this means is that you learn how to control your emotions, acknowledge others’ expertise, practise empathy and listen to others without being distracted, find good traits in others, maintain relationships and Improve your networking skills.
7. Complete your online course
Build your portfolio and CV. Qualifications are highly observed by companies who are not looking for a novice. So, go back to that course you abandoned for so long and have something to add to your career growth.
8. Work from home
