Hey! Does your lower back hurt?

Hey you!

Have you recently had some back pain?
Here are some home remedies to ease the pain on your back.

1. Get a massage

Massage therapy is a credible treatment for many types of back pain. According to Spine-Health, research shows that massage therapy has several potential health benefits such as increasing blood flow and circulation, reduce tension in the muscles and on top of all of that, it makes you feel good.

2. Exercise and stretch

Okay, not a lot of people look up to this, especially when your back is hurting so much. You don’t want it getting worse. But then again, exercise keeps your muscles healthy and prevents spasms. Stay active and get flexible; that way, you get healed quicker.

3. Use hot or ice packs

Put ice in a towel and hold against the areas that hurt, don’t leave for more than 15-20mins. For heat, take a warm shower or soak a towel in warm water and press on sore areas. You can try an electric heat pad, but don’t leave it on your body for more than 15mins.
