The Nigerian Universities Commission (NUC)  has recently released it’s best universities of the year list which is the ranking of b federal and states universities in the country based on academic standard, infrastructural development, and the quality of professionals in the school.

Here are the top ten universities on the list.

Convenant University (No. 6) is the only private and non federal university among the top 10 and Lagos state University (LASU) which ranked number 16 on the list is the best state school in the country for this year.
