One of the major challenges faced by fresh graduates when it comes to getting a job is experience, most companies require some form of experience before they can hire someone for the job. FCMB Flexx created the #FCMBFLEXXTERN contest to give Flexxers the much-needed experience they need to stand out amongst their peers in the labor market.
Tochukwu Egesi, Olayemi Oladosu, Rebecca Olowojoba, Titilayo Ogunbiyi and Obioma Ezeoka are the first set of FCMBFLEXXTERNS and they have just finished their 3 months internships at leading companies in Nigeria (FMCB, Iroko Partners, SmoothFM and House of Tara).
