What went down at the LSETF Secure Lagos Hackathon

Hope your weekend was as fun as ours? Guess what we spent our weekend doing?

We spent our weekend at the Secure Lagos Hackathon initiated by Us, the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) and Passion Incubator, the 3-day event held at the Civic Hive, 42 Montgomery road Yaba Lagos on the 18th of May till 20th of May and we had over 100 outstanding men and women in attendance.

Creating better enhanced security for Lagos state using state of the art technological vices sparked the zeal of passionate youth across Lagos and beyond. After brainstorming sessions among various teams, the participants were eager to deliver their much anticipated efforts.

At the finale, Judges: Bukky Smith, Executive Director; Business Development FCMB, Executive Secretary; LSETF, Olumide Soyombo and Dr. Abdulrazaq Balogun of Security Trust Fund, selected the winning teams.

Team LSFLOW walked home with 2million Naira

Team AboEko won 1million Naira!!!

It’s been 3 days of discipline, diligence and hardwork. We salute all the young and talented Nigerians who participated in the Secure Lagos Hackathon, proudly sponsored by FCMB.
