- Workplace bullies
A work environment where some employees are unpleasant and constantly bickering can be lead to a lack of motivation. To overcome this, come into the workplace with a positive attitude, ignore naysayers and invest in activities that help you build your capacity.
- Low salary placement
Feeling unfairly paid can be demoralizing. Speak with the HR of your organization about possible ways of reviewing your salary for a raise or a bonus. You can also ask for a loan if low finances are a major threat to your work performance.
- So many strict rules
Some organizations have a long list of strict rules. This could limit creativity and ultimately lower morale at the office. If you feel tensed or feel a creative block, take a walk or a breather for a few minutes and clear your mind through meditation etc.
