6 ways to effectively manage arthritis

5. Add the right fatty acids to your diet

Omega-3 fatty acids are needed for the optimum health of every individual. These fats improve your arthritis because they reduce joint stiffness and pain.

 

Other ways you can manage the disease include: getting a massage, adding turmeric to your food, and taking herbal supplements as well.
