No doubt, you will meet all sorts of characters in your classroom; the class jester, the studious fellas, the bad boys, etc. but you should study them and know how well to relate with them and impact them.
Don’t just write on the board or dictate. You should really explain the topic of the day as vividly as possible. Kids have a very short attention span; hence, they tend to zone out a lot. Imbibe the habit of teaching by probably telling a story. Give them something to think about.
