Why you need 6-8 hours of sleep a day

Sleep is one of the natural things that your body must go through every day, and you should always get enough of it. Without sufficient sleep, you will experience some physical and maybe, mental discomfort.

Here’s why you should get at least 6 -8 hours of sleep every day.
