The Nigerian economy has fever and no one seems to have the cure ready.
First the Naira value took a dive into muddy waters and caught a cold, then the fuel prices skyrocketed, followed by tomatoes, let’s not even talk about the price of rice.

Fruits: If you like nibbling on stuff in between meals, fruits are just perfect. Fruits are a good source of vitamins and minerals, they also help prevent vitamin C and vitamin A deficiencies. Fruits are also good for the treatment of acne and aids general well being.
Me-Time: Your mental well-being is just as important as your physical well-being. The hiked fares for commuting are definitely a good reason to cut down unnecessary hangouts, it gives you plenty of time to read and improve yourself mentally. Read to keep your brain active and engaged, it also stimulates your mind and increases your knowledge. So, instead of spending money hopping from club to club, why not grab a book?
