1. The Impossible(2012)
This is a gripping story of a family who went to spend their holiday in Thailand. Only to be hit by a Tsunami and separated by a 100-foot wave of water. Their story is about survival and how they try to find their way back to each other. Based on a true story, this movie was phenomenal.
2. Sharknado(2013)
Not everyone has a heart for this movie. Imagine sharks in a storm, dragged from the sea, engulfed in a cyclone and being flung into civilization with their deadly mouth wide open. They are scared but the humans are worse off. It’s raining angry sharks! What kind of minds dredge up this type of story? There are six movies in the Sharknado series, in case you have the heart for it.
3. Into The Storm(2014)
Hold your breath for this one. They have just graduated and are about to go into the future and become great. Instead, a school full of high school kids are thrown into the middle of a storm with a series of tornadoes that tear through a town in Oklahoma wreaking havoc upon its inhabitants. Even the storm chasers have seen nothing like it.

4. The Perfect Storm(2002)

This one takes us back to the story of the bible. A man’s faith is being put to test as he must hold to his beliefs and instruction from God while he holds his family together amidst a flood. The story of Noah shared in the most intriguing way.
