What this means, is that your workplace is literally your second home and you’ve spent a large part of this year with your colleagues. To appreciate them and ensure you earn a good reputation, it’s important to practice some acts of kindness. It’s Christmas season and the year will soon be over, after all.
These are some things you can do to show kindness.
Commend Your Co-workers
Most times, all employees need is some motivation or affirmation to push them to keep going. Do not hesitate to compliment your colleagues when they do a good job. This could be all they need to make their day much better. Say things like ‘your presentation was nice’, ‘I like your ideas’ or just ‘Good job!’
Give Your Co-worker(s) A Ride
Helping your colleagues with their daily commute could save them a great deal of stress and money. If you’ve got a car and you live around their home or at least close to it, you can offer to pick or drop them off.
