Should you be eating mango?

2. It improves hair and skin health

Mango is a good source of Vitamin A which encourages hair growth and sebaceous glands that help moisturize your scalp and keep it healthy. It is also rich in Vitamin C that provides Collagen which gets rid of wrinkles and gives your body structure and bounce.

3. It reduces the risk of cancer
