Artistes under 30 who won big at the 2018 Headies

The 2018 Headies was indeed one to remember. Tons of celebrities and public figures were present and our favourite artistes gave spectacular performances, as well.
The hosts, Seyi Shay and Bovi were dripping sauce on stage throughout.
Here, we look at some of the winners under the age of 30 and the categories in which they were nominated.

1. Simi (30) graciously bagged 3 awards in the following categories Best Recording of the Year for Joromi , Best R’n’B
single for Smile For Me, and Album of the Year for Simisola. 

2. Davido (25) took home the awards for the Song of the Year’, Artist of the Year
and Best Pop Single, all for the song ‘IF’

3. Wizkid (27) was given 3 awards – Headies Viewer’s Choice, Best Music Video ‘Come Closer’ Best R’n’B/Pop Album ‘Sounds from the other Side’
