With so many hit records, Ayo Balogun popularly known as Wizkid without a doubt has been one of the biggest artists to come
out of Nigeria. Beyond this, however, we think he is one of the greatest artists of all time in Africa. Here’s why:

shown no sign of backing down.
2. He writes most of his songs: He is his own songwriter. Yep. While many artistes have
songwriters or buy songs from people, Wizkid writes and freestyles his own music.
3. He has assembled many talented artistes: Starboy record label has signed on many
upcoming artistes that Wizkid is grooming such as Mr Eazi COMMENT below– who else?
We can’t say “many” and list only one.
4. He has so many international collaborations: Wizkid is also an international star,
collaborating with so many foreign musicians like Drake, Future, Chris Brown etc.

many genres, from afrobeats to Pop to rap.
