Nigerians are doing big things in the world and we are so proud of them. A 20 year old Nigerian, Davidson Obennebo has broken the world record for being the first Nigerian and black person to ever win the Elite Model Look World Competition since its inception in 1983.

Davidson won the male category in the national stage of the competition here in Nigeria, then represented the country at the international stage in Portugal where he surpassed 62 finalists from 36 countries to become the winner of the male category alongside his female counterpart,15-year-old Jana Tvrdikova from Czech Republic.

Davidson will get a one year contract with the Elite network of modeling agencies worth €50.000 or more and he is set to make his fashion week debut on the runways of Paris and Milan by January 2017.
