Map out your brow shape: First, use a brush or a pencil to see where your eyebrows should start and end and also where the arch should go. Like this

brush your eyebrows upward and toward the direction of the hair growth so that you can see the places that needs to be trimmed out and shaped.
Shape your brows:

Before applying any product on your brows, you need to shape and define it. This is quite easy; just get a tweezers or razor and a mirror, look at your brows closely, note where your arch and tail is then cut away the excess hairs around it.
Fill brows:

Using your eye pencil, gently fill in your brows within the lines of the shape you made above, make sure that you are filling in the direction that your eyebrow hairs naturally grow in as this gives you a more natural looking eyebrow. Avoid filling the front of your brows too harshly so that won’t look boxy and unnatural.
Finishing touches: This is to give your brows that extra layer of fleekness.

Use a concealer that is a shade lighter than your skintone to outline your brows as shown above, then blend the concealer out. This will clean up any smear and put a highlight under your brows.
