By July, some universities will be kicking off with their exams. It goes without saying that Nigerian students are already reading and getting themselves ready for the looming exams. When it finally comes, you just might see these comic or weird attitudes.
1. The ones who bring pillows to an all-night class and sleeps all through
Have you ever been to an all-night reading class and while everyone is reading, someone comes with a pillow? Some end up not waiting to use it after reading for a couple of hours but fall asleep after a few minutes, snoring loudly and waking up the next morning without reading anything. LOL…It’s the intention that matters, right?
2. The one caught with ‘expo’ on her laps
Chai. This can be very embarrassing. ‘Fine girl like you’, some invigilators or lecturer might taunt.
3. Too engrossed in the act of ‘copying’ they copied the person’s name
There are ‘chronic copiers’. They copy from their neighbour so much that they forget themselves and mistakenly copy their neighbour’s name too.
4. They assign seats for each other
‘Titi, sit on the left. Chinyere, behind Ochuko. Me, I will sit on his right’. If you haven’t witnessed this, you haven’t had the exam frenzy moments of Nigerian universities.

5. Deep leg into the water to stay awake while reading
What have you tried without success to keep you awake at night? Deeping your leg inside water seems to be popular but no proven record that it actually works. What is more funny is walking in on a roommate dosing off with his leg submerged in a bowl of water.
6. The totally clueless ones
Hehehe. Maybe you’ve been a victim too. You just see people using rulers, collecting extra sheets and you’re wondering if it’s the same exam you are writing.
7. ‘I cannot come and kill myself’ gang
Ten minutes into the exam and you see a student get up and walk out of the exam hall. You obviously know it’s not because he was so fast, but he had resigned himself to failing the course after seeing the questions.
8. First, bribery then threats
There are also these hilarious bunch, they start off by trying to convince that smart student to let them copy his work, then they change tactics to bullying and threats when they don’t get what they want.
