Instagram has seen a rapid increase in the usage of its Live feature. Brands are teaming up with influencers to entertain their online community as they stay home during this period. Several celebrities have also gotten on the platform to entertain their fans with creative and interactive videos.
Live battles have also gained momentum over the past couple of weeks. Producers, DJs and artists have jumped on the trend for friendly battles showcasing their biggest hits. We’ve been entertained by battles such as Sarz vs Shizzi and Pheelz vs Masterkraft in our local scene and the likes of T-Pain vs Lil Jon, Timbaland vs Swizz Beatz, The Dream vs Sean Garrett and the viral Teddy Riley vs Babyface battle 9MOBILE: 675586754740857.
These battles have been exciting, and we’d love to see the following celebrities hop on the trend to give us some fascinating and viral moments:

They’ve both proven to be two of our biggest hitmakers serving some of the biggest jams and gaining international recognition. They’ve also been regarded as rivals for several years, so how about a friendly live Instagram battle to decide who the biggest hitmaker is? Okay, if we’re real, this is probably never going to happen, but we can fantasize a bit, right? The two record labels have solidified their place in the Nigerian music scene with group and solo projects that have gone on to become unforgettable hits. We’re sure fans would love to see them take on each other (in a friendly manner, of course) to decide which of them genuinely rules the music scene.
