Preventive Measures Against Coronavirus

● Wash your hands regularly

● Cover mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing

● Thoroughly cook meat and eggs

● Avoid close contact with anyone showing symptoms of respiratory illness such as coughing and sneezing.

● You can wear a nose mask but note that it doesn’t necessarily prevent micro organism from getting into your system. But it will decrease the amount of virus you’re releasing into the air if you’re already sick and for the healthy ones, it serves as a reminder not to touch possibly infected surfaces or touch your mouth, nose and eyes.
