10 movies to look forward to in March and April 2019

Year 2019 is filled with so many blockbuster movies that we are literally creating special cinema funds for it. Hope you are too (Lol!).

This March and April, you really can’t miss out on these mind-blowing movies…

1. Captain Marvel

The first Marvel superhero flick starring a female lead promises to deliver stellar action-packed scenes like you would expect from a Marvel movie.

2. Avengers: Endgame

This is by far the most anticipated movie of 2019. It is expected to set record ticket sales worldwide and cross the 2 billion dollar-mark. Critics and fans alike are looking forward to this movie and you likely are, too. We would love to see most of our beloved superhero characters back alive.
(P.S. – Expect some heart breaks also.)

3. Wonder Park

This is a movie for everyone, despite being an animated feature. It is voiced by stars like Mila Kunis, Jennifer Garner and produced by Chris Moore and others. It is expected to release March 15th.

4. US

The latest psychological horror movie from the mind of Jordan Peele. The movie follows an all-black family who is confronted by a group of doppelgängers. It also features two Black Panther’s favourites, Lupita Nyong’o and Winston Duke. Release date is March 22nd.

5. Hotel Mumbai

Directed by Anthony Maras and stars Dev Patel, “Hotel Mumbai” is an Australian/US/Indian thriller on 2009 documentary “Surviving Mumbai”- a documentary about the Mumbai attacks in 2008 at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in India. It is to be released on March 29th.

6. Dumbo

Disney is keeping up with its trend of remaking classic cartoons/animation in movies. This feature is promising and it’s safe to expect your mind to be blown away and maybe you will shed some tears reminiscing the good old days. Release date is March 29th.

7. Shazam

DC is really getting into the big screen superhero flick competition with Marvel. The movie is expected to be top notch and fun for all. Release date is April 5th.

8. Pet Sematary

The movie adaptation from the book of the same name by Stephen King. It is a supernatural horror movie, so anticipate it if you’re a fan of horror movies. It is expected to release on April 5th.

9. Hellboy

We enjoyed the first two releases, and this is a continuation of the franchise. The film star David Harbour reprises his role as Hellboy. It is to be released on April 12th.

10. The Curse of La Llorona

Directed by Michael Chaves, the movie is written from Mexican folklore and is expected to deliver heart-wrenching scenes. It is to be released on April 19th.
