They say the easiest way to have a “great day” is by completing the basic tasks of the day successfully and studies show that successful people adopt some morning routines that help them achieve their goals each day. We thought to share some of them with you!
● Wake up EARLY!
Time waits for no one and waking up early like 5:30 am or 4:00 am affords you the opportunity to do the things that matter to you. For example, if you have a 7 am lecture, you should be awake at least an hour early so as to adequately prepare. Running late to your first outing of the day can affect your entire day.● Taking a stretch
Whether your muscles are locked or you feel like running a mile when you wake up, it’s best to take conscious stretches that will allow your blood levitate. Look at it like a system booting, it requires necessary protocols before performing accordingly.
● Motivate yourself
Spend about 15 minutes empowering yourself with inspirational quotes that will motivate you to succeed and achieve your tasks for the day. This can be a daily message from your Pastor or even a tweet to positively groom your mindset for the day. Some people call it quiet time.
● Do the bare necessities
After fueling your inner self, you have to freshen up for the day. Take a shower, brush your teeth, tweeze your brows, scrub your face, whatever routine you take to get cleaned up, do it!
● Have some breakfast
Breakfast is said to be the most important meal of the day so having something to eat in the morning gives you more focus during the day and keeps you energized.
