3 things you must do as the year draws to a close

Year 2017 is almost over as the last month steadily knocks on our door. As with all phases, it is important to take stock of activities  and plan for the next phase while also having the time of one’s life.

Here are 3 things you should do this year end.

  1. Reflect on your goals: Take a look at all the goals you set at the beginning of the year, have you been able to achieve all or most? Did you drop some along the way, did you pick up some new ones? You have a month left to work on unfinished goals and achieve something substantial before the year ends.
  2. Take advantage of deals: We all know that the last 2 months of the year are filled with clearance sales, back Friday sales, cyber Monday sales, sales and even more sales. So this is the best time to get all the stuff you’ve wanted at exceedingly cheap prices and what’s even more awesome? If you buy anything on Jumia Black Friday sales and pay with your FCMB account, you get extra 10% off on all your orders. That is extra 10% off minus all the bonus/discounts you’re already getting for purchasing on Black Friday sales. Read more about the deal here and get your FCMB account here in 4 minutes if you don’t already have one.

  3. Plan for the festive period: End of the year is always filled with festivities and events so it’s important to plan the holiday so that you don’t get burned out or broke before the new year. Budget your spending for all the activities you’ll partake in and find ways to spend less while having the utmost time of your life.
