1. You don’t have a plan. Everyone who has ever achieved a goal made a plan. The same thing goes for making money. How do you intend to reach your money goals? How long will it take you? Will you need to learn other skills? Discover how you’ll make your millions, create a plan and stick to it.
2. You’re not thinking long-term. What if I told you, you’ve made millions before but didn’t know it? Crazy right? Those 2k, and 5k ‘change’ you had here and there actually add up to a large amount. Think about how much your monthly income is, take out a chunk of it and save immediately you get any cash inflow or loose change and stay disciplined.
3. You enjoy eating out. At this point, the food delivery services know your name and address. There’s rice at home dear; reduce the takeout to a minimum. I know, cooking is a chore and you’ll rather not but remember you have money goals, so FOCUS!!!
4. You’re a lavish spender. As the big boy/babe you are, you have to splurge on yourself because it’s ’self-care’. But self-care also means being smart about your money and making a commitment to be comfortable financially. Adjust your lifestyle to suit your current pocket and focus on the bigger picture.
